Customer discussion & idea, solution concepts
In discussions with our customers, we define the intended use and requirements of the product and record the customer benefits that the solution should provide. The development of ideas and the assessment of customer data result in possible solutions and concepts that are transferred to our professional project management before further processing.

Project management

Development, design, prototyping, testing
At our location in Engen, we have an extensive development and design area where ideas are concretized, developed, realized and implemented in-house. Prototypes are built from functional samples, which we test and validate with our product development team.

Process development
After testing the functional samples, the newly developed product is assessed in process development with regard to production capability, technological manufacturability, quality and economic feasibility, and suitable processes are set up. We always keep an eye on technologies and costs.

Production, order picking, logistics
After the corresponding qualification tests, we transfer the development project to series production. Constant monitoring of capacity management leads to high reliability in series production support. Our order picking and logistics are optimally aligned to the requirements of series production and ensure a smooth supply chain. Regular requalification checks, our digital connection to customers and continuous supplier development also ensure process and delivery reliability.
Competence at your side
At allsafe, we see ourselves as having overall responsibility for the product, from design responsibility through to series production and product durability over the entire life cycle. Products that we already supply in series: We develop and produce seat rails as well as floor and side wall rails for the cargo area for our customers. We supply the seat rails installed in the floor including matching seat adapters, which are used to securely connect the seat to the rail. You also receive ready-to-install belts, nets, fittings and clamping rods. Designed as a complete package, our solutions can be used immediately in the vehicle.
