General Notes

Respect for human rights and environmental protection are essential components of our corporate responsibility. We are committed to identifying, preventing, and minimizing human rights and environmental risks throughout our own business activities and within our supply chain.

To detect potential violations early, we have established a complaints procedure. This is available to employees, business partners, suppliers, and other affected persons and organizations. Reports help us identify risks and breaches of obligations, clarify them, and initiate appropriate remedial measures.

What facts or circumstances can be reported?

Through the complaint procedure, only human rights and environmental risks or violations of obligations under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) can be submitted, in particular information on the following topics:

  • Violations of human rights

  • Child labor or exploitative employment of minors

  • Forced labor or modern forms of slavery

  • Discrimination, harassment or unequal treatment

  • Violations of occupational health and safety regulations

  • Withholding of appropriate remuneration

  • Restriction of freedom of association or the right to collective bargaining

  • Illegal environmental pollution

  • Improper handling of hazardous substances

  • Violations of environmental protection regulations

  • Other human rights or environmental-related risks

  • Risks in accordance with the requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
