The allsafe Academy - sharing knowledge, growing together
We offer a wide range of training courses: in addition to external training courses, which can be chosen individually, our allsafe Academy offers internal training courses "by colleagues for colleagues". Whether specialist topics that enrich everyday working life or new skills that broaden horizons - our training program is continuously updated to meet the needs of our teams. In 2024, 43 internal training courses were held with 24 different speakers and around 150 different participants. Registration for the allsafe Academy is straightforward and open to everyone, regardless of their area of work. For us, one thing is clear: training must be flexible and accessible.
Further training for everyone - allsafe supports career changes and alternative career paths
Our colleagues in production have the opportunity to get a taste of other process and production areas. Anyone who wants to can get to know new processes, work as a temporary member of another team or even prepare for a permanent move to another production line. These measures promote flexibility and open up new perspectives in everyday working life. You are also free to choose what you want to do at the allsafe Academy. This expands career opportunities and makes it possible to switch from production to office processes.
Our training and dual study programs
We offer young people the best possible start to their careers. Whether with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk with additional qualification, as an IT specialist, dual study programs in mechanical engineering, computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering as well as in the field of data science - with us, the doors are open for exciting career paths. We are particularly proud of our current thirteen trainees, who we also prepare for an internship abroad, e.g. in New York, if required.
Our trainees have a lot of personal responsibility right from the start, but are never alone. As part of a team, they take on the planning of trainee fairs, the presentation of allsafe and training in schools. They supervise interns and shoot trainee videos for Instagram and TikTok.
