With trust-based working hours, working from home and the option of sabbaticals, we offer maximum flexibility. We always have an open ear for our employees' concerns and provide support during parental leave, care leave or other important phases of life.

Recognition and social responsibility

We celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries, weddings or the birth of a child with gifts and/or special leave - a matter of course for us. Sustainable and social gifts such as annual Aktion Mensch lottery tickets, a Blackroll set or Sterntal vouchers to redeem in regional stores contribute to a positive atmosphere and send a signal of appreciation. By 2024, a total of 975 Aktion Mensch tickets had been given away at allsafe.

Healthy working environment and creativity

We bring a piece of nature into the company: Large and small plants provide fresh greenery and a uniform appearance in our offices and production. Shared responsibility for the plants brings small, lively breaks into the working day and strengthens team spirit. Art projects in the company inspire and give the premises a personal touch with artistic works.

Community and celebrations

Our spacious terrace surrounded by nature, the staff library and the coffee corner offer space for informal exchanges and strengthen our sense of community. But real community is created by living culture - and this is exactly where our KUKI:Korner team comes in.The team is actively involved in integrating the workforce and regularly organizes internal events that strengthen the sense of togetherness. Whether it's baking waffles together, a relaxed barbecue with the bosses or inspiring brown bag lunches - these formats create space for exchange and togetherness. Seasonal traditions are also cultivated: In the Advent season, St. Nicholas events and Christmas gnomes create a festive atmosphere, while doughnuts are shared in Engen and pancakes in Fürstenwalde for Fasnet. At Eid, the team treats us to baklava, and on St. Martin's Day we enjoy plaited bread and St. Martin's goose together. These initiatives make cohesion tangible and strengthen the community within the company. When we achieve big goals together, we celebrate with special events such as our record-breaking dinner. One highlight is our annual Christmas party, where new employees can play an active role in shaping the supporting program. Excursions and family celebrations on the company premises also enrich our togetherness.Thanks to the commitment of our KuKi-Korner team and many shared experiences, allsafe is not just a workplace, but a place where people feel at home.

In our employee magazine all:tviit, we regularly summarize memories, current topics such as the use of AI in the company, special events and private celebrations - whether weddings, birthdays or joint successes. This keeps our corporate culture alive and approachable. Special editions such as the one on sustainability in March 2022 communicate topics that are important to us within the company.
