The health and safety of our employees is a top priority at allsafe. With comprehensive health management and well thought-out measures in the area of occupational safety, we create a working environment in which well-being and health are promoted.

A holistic health concept integrates healthy eating and exercise into everyday working life.

Movement in everyday life

We want our colleagues to stay healthy - and are actively committed to this. From joint stretching exercises or exercises specially tailored to the respective workplace to sporty workouts during the lunch break - exercise is firmly integrated into our everyday working life. Table tennis tables and table soccer in our coffee corner provide additional fun and exercise.

Health starts with nutrition

Healthy eating also plays an important role: the KUKI:Korner team regularly provides fresh fruit and healthy snacks. There is also free sparkling water - small gestures that enrich everyday life. For even more variety, KUKI:Korner organizes themed days on which healthy muesli with various toppings and vegetarian and vegan spreads are offered with fresh bread. In this way, we create a conscious and enjoyable nutritional concept that provides energy for the day and at the same time creates opportunities for exchange. Together, we create a working environment in which everyone feels good - physically and mentally.

Company health care & company pension scheme

Since 2012, our employees have benefited from company supplementary health insurance, the costs of which we cover in full. This insurance, which is taken out without a medical examination, covers hospital treatment, dental prophylaxis and other benefits. In addition, our colleagues are covered by comprehensive health insurance when traveling abroad for the company. Since 2008, we have been supporting the financial security of our colleagues in old age by offering a company pension scheme.

Ergonomics at the workplace

We have been equipping our workstations with height-adjustable desks since 2000, and high tables in our meeting rooms also invite people to hold meetings standing up. We have further improved ergonomics in production: automatic doors, force-free buttons and ergonomic mats relieve the strain on joints and spines. Height-adjustable assembly stations and raw bar removers adapt to a wide range of body sizes, while lifting devices and pallet tilters minimize effort-intensive additional movements. With these measures, we not only make work safer, but also more pleasant and healthier.

Company integration management (BEM)

We know that health cannot be taken for granted. With our company integration management, we support our colleagues in returning to work, for example after a long period of illness. We are not only concerned with getting back to work, but also with avoiding chronic illnesses and maintaining long-term health.

A smoke- and alcohol-free company

Our attitude is clear: we want to create a healthy environment. That's why our premises are smoke- and alcohol-free. Instead, our green terraces invite you to take breaks in the fresh air - a place where you can relax and meet others at the same time. When someone retires, we also like to toast with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
