Working time models: flexibility for a better quality of life

We know how important a good working atmosphere and a good work-life balance are. That's why we offer trust-based working hours and home office options that allow maximum flexibility. Our employees can coordinate their tasks and appointments independently in order to reconcile private and professional interests. In addition, we create an environment that supports individual lifestyles with part-time jobs, including in management positions. In this way, we not only promote work-life balance, but also equal opportunities and diversity within our team. As of 2024, 16 employees work part-time at allsafe.

Communication & transparency: achieving more together

Communication is the key to success at allsafe. We work in a process-oriented team, have short communication channels, support each other and utilize the individual skills of each person.

Open communication right from the start

We promote this open communication culture right from the start and integrate it strongly into our onboarding process. As early as the application process, new team members have the opportunity to get to know our day-to-day work and their future colleagues on two taster days. Every new employee is assigned a mentor when they start work, who serves as their first point of contact for all questions. To provide a quick insight into our processes, new colleagues spend two weeks working in production and the office, getting to know colleagues and processes and networking across departments.

Direct exchange and active transparency

Open communication at eye level is promoted through regular formats such as our inform:me events. Here, the management reports on current figures, personnel changes and company developments. Questions are expressly encouraged. An open space concept and flat hierarchies also ensure short communication channels and an open feedback culture. For us, transparency also means making information accessible to everyone. That is why we regularly publish our monthly report internally, which keeps all employees up to date on important developments in the company. This gives everyone an insight into the figures, progress and issues that affect us. Our processes include weekly stand-up meetings and a daily store floor to ensure the flow of information and allow ideas for improvement to be introduced directly. This interplay of open structures and practiced transparency forms the foundation for effective and trusting collaboration.

Communication for the next generation

A parents' evening is held for trainees before the start of their training, where the young talents and their parents are invited to ask questions and get to know the trainee, parents and allsafe for the first time. As of 2024, we have 13 junior employees in training.

CIP & projects: Innovation through collaboration

Our culture of continuous improvement (CIP) creates room for change and constant progress. At the end of the year, the management team comes together to evaluate targets and develop new strategies for the coming year. Transparency is key here: an open workshop enables all employees to actively participate in the planning process. These initiatives give rise to CIP teams and future projects that identify and tackle optimization potential. Everyone has the opportunity to get involved in topics that inspire them outside of their actual work. Half-yearly reviews provide an insight into progress and promote teamwork and cohesion. As of 2024, 12 CIPs with 51 participants and 19 projects with 65 participants have taken place. A total of 93 different participants took part in the CIPs and projects. The associated process meetings do not take place in isolation, but are an integral part of day-to-day business. An open feedback culture promotes collaboration and the development of new ideas. Our working culture combines trust, flexibility and a strong basis for communication - for collaboration that is not only successful, but also enjoyable.
