Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at allsafe describes our holistic understanding of corporate responsibility. For us, this means doing business sustainably, creating fair working conditions and business practices and continuously reducing our ecological footprint. In doing so, we focus on the areas of social, ecological and economic responsibility. Social: We ensure fair working conditions, promote diversity and are committed to our employees and society. Ecology: We rely on environmentally friendly materials, resource-saving processes and work continuously to reduce our CO₂ emissions. Economy: We operate for the long term and invest in circular business models. In doing so, we take responsibility towards our customers and partners and promote an environmentally friendly value chain with our certified suppliers.

Environment

At allsafe, we record our CO₂ emissions holistically by looking at our scopes 1 to 3 - and further differentiating between company and product level in scope 3. At company level, we analyze all emissions generated at our sites in Engen and Fürstenwalde - from our own energy generation through our photovoltaic system, charging stations and company cars to commuter traffic, heating and natural gas consumption and business trips by plane and rental car. The transportation of residual materials such as wood, paper and commercial waste is also recorded here.

Economy

Aluminum is a key material for us - lightweight, durable and 100% recyclable. However, the purchasing, processing and transportation of our products account for the largest share of our emissions across all scopes. That's why we focus on responsible procurement: we source CO₂-reduced aluminum from our climate partner Hydro, which is produced using renewable energy, and work with ISO 14001-certified suppliers. This enables us to reduce our ecological footprint and significantly improve our carbon footprint. Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy and is actively promoted at management level. With our all:change repair service, we focus on the circular economy by repairing both our own and third-party products and extending their life cycles.

Social responsibility

As an employer, we have a social responsibility towards our employees and society - with a working environment that combines security, flexibility and creative freedom. At our sites in Engen and Fürstenwalde, around 240 employees work in agile structures that enable quick decisions and independent action.
